the truth sinks in
like softly falling rain
on parched soil
not the nymphomaniac
but out of grim necessity
the road to whoredom
the faithful housewife
facing certain starvation
everyone has a price
walk away shame faced
any woman can be a whore
and any man a robber
that false modesty drowned
in the quicksand of reality
the cop knock of grim necessity
Blessings....
ReplyDeletevery potent...in other words, never say I will never do this or that or judge another for you never know what life will serve you and what you will do when ultimately your back is against the wall. like you say, "any woman can be a whore
and any man a robber," and i would add vise versa (in reverse).
It is always best to refrain from judging another, until one is able to walk in another's shoes within their context and face their circumstance we need to keep a still tongue and a quiet countenance.
peace...
stay blessed.
